Paul Bergrin Still Fighting

I have wanted to post this for a couple of weeks now, but I'm so angry about so many issues and problems with this case and a list of other cases that I lost my voice. Well happy 2020 and I'm finding my voice again! Screw the rotten to its core Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and especially the dirtbags tasked with slowly murdering inmates on a government hit list, because the dirtbags are no better than the scum running this criminal organization.

I must deal with something else at the moment so I will leave you with a few new documents to read that Paul Bergrin has filed in court. Paul is still incommunicado under the SAM designation of fuking course so the only communication from him is what was filed in the Newark courts during the month of December, which took over a month to arrive in Newark from Florence, Colorado.

The BOP operation in Florence, as well as in some other facilities in the BOP web, is so primitive in its state of advancement that inmates are not allowed to use word processors or typewriters, so everything is handwritten as it has been. I would think that the courts would pound BOP over this, but thus far we all suffer so the mission of making the inmates suffer is more complete.

Happy f'ing new year! Oh and a big welcome to US District Judge Marilyn Arleo! May she actually do something with this case, because as we all know, Judge Linares did nothing, zilch, zero, nada in the couple of years he had it.

See y'all soon!

Is Paul still at the supermax? I wasn't able to locate him on bop site.

Just looked and sadly, yes, Paul is still in the hellhole. Check again.

Even though it's old news vicky richie Roberts lost his license for stealing clients money, haven't seen anything written or said about from his buddy mr Jacobs from the New York times (BADDEST LAWYER IN TOWN) But had a lot to say about Paul bergrin.

Anonymous said...

Paul is completely incommunicado. No one receives news from Paul anymore.
He certainly does not deserve such a treatment. Yet, Paul is certainly still
fighting for his rights and to prove his innocence.

This entire communication story about not letting Paul contact anyone in the outside is pretty crazy. There are definitively persons that have a lot to hide from the Judge and the true Justice system, if the US has a true Justice system. I personally doubt it has one. I even question if Paul can reach his attorney in a
legal way when he needs to share with him about his case.

If ever Paul Bergrin still has true friends in the outside world, these friends
should do something for Paul. Life in prison when you are innocent is not right
and compassion still does exist for certain individuals in 2020, very few but
few is better than nothing and is outstanding.

After reading Mr Bergrin last letters, everyone is questioning why the court and
Judge Arleo is taking so long to proceed with these new facts and witnesses
that can prove his innocence. Could it be that they just don't want to give
Mr Bergrin the chance to prove his innocence or is this new Judge blocked by
someone to move forward. The situation is not very transparent according to
many, its meant to drag along for some hidden reason.

Paul is missing all the corona virus stuff.

Anonymous said...

No Paul knows about the corona virus, the BOP has cases in the prison system and they are taking extreme measures. Lets pray Paul stays safe, Paul is a brilliant
man and will do all he can to stay alive to see his retrial come through.
He deserves a fair retrial and God will hear his prayers. I believe in Paul Bergrins
innocence and the truth must prevail.

If I can help i will help Paul

Anonymous said...

To last comment, how would you help Paul, what would you do for Paul.

Anonymous said...

People who want to help Paul can send him gifts in the prison to help him in these
difficult moments.

Anonymous said...

How about a hacksaw blade?

Anonymous said...

To last anonymous. I don't think you realize what Paul has been through these past
ten years while claiming his innocence in an unfair Justice System.
Paul deserves to be freed immediately without any hesitation. A fair retrial for example.
Now add to Pauls sufferings the ones of his family. The government is responsible
for letting such injustices happen in our system. Yet, when it comes to responsibilities everybody runs away saying ITS NOT ME. Time will come when some
will have to face their responsibilities in Paul Bergrins case.

I read that the transcripts to his trials were lost years ago. Any way to get access to them again? How can I email you directly for scans?

Vicky Gallas said...

@ the last Anonymous -

I have no clue where you read that, but transcripts dont get lost as there are copies everywhere. I have copies of the transcripts from both trial 1 and trial 2. Just respond to my comment here with your email address and I will send you the transcripts as PDF attachments and I will not publish your comment. I will send you a test email before I send the transcripts.

Concerning the death of Mr Floyd George W. Bush lectures the US on peace and human
rights. Yet, what did he do when he was President, he did not respect Paul Bergrins
human rights, and the Government still does not respect his rights as of today.
It brings us back to what Paul Bergrins calls MAXIMUM HYPOCRISY. Our system has no
respect for human rights and its about time that this changes. Maybe this is why we
see so many manifestations all around our country. CHANGES IS WHAT WE NEED NOW NOT
LATER.

There is only one Justice in our country, the Justice that is convenient for the
ones in power. Today, the US is asking for a REAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, the JUSTICE for
all people equally, rich or poor, powerful or not.
Paul Bergrin is innocent and he was nailed by powerful persons, he deserves what
the US needs today A REAL DEMOCRATICAL SYSTEM to free him from Injustice.
I personally believe there is a KARMA in this world and this is exactly what is
happening. Our country needs a new JUSTICE SYSTEM, a real one.

Anonymous said...

In conclusion, we could say that George Floyd is a victim like Paul Bergrin of
a non democratic Justice system. This needs to change for our children.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. God bless America.

Anonymous said...

I think you have the name backwards.

Anonymous said...

I think you did not catch yet what is happening today in our society.
Citizens are pleading for their human rights, for respect at every level in law
enforcement, in justice. People are fed up of lies and abuse. The case of Paul Bergrin is a perfect example of abuse of power and torture. Does our country stand
for NO RESPECT, NO LOVE, NO JUSTICE, NO FAIR TRIALS. Our prisons are full of innocent persons that keep business matters going for many. ITS A GENERAL FAILURE.

Anonymous said...

Data proves that the US shoots, kills and imprisons more people than other developed countries. Its above all a lucrative business for many. For others,
its nothing but sufferings and misery.
The US is finally waking up to reality and the Justice system MUST CHANGE.
Wishing my country a better future very soon.

ALL THIS HAD TO HAPPEN AND THIS REVOLUTION MUST CONTINUE FOR A BETTER WORLD.
PEOPLE MUST NOT FORGET, THEY MUST CONTINUE THIS PACIFIC REVOLUTION AND NEVER
FORGET THE VICTIMS WHOSE HUMAN RIGHTS HAVE NOT BEEN RESPECTED BY MANY AT DIFFERENT
LEVELS OF AUTHORITY.THESE VICTIMS ARE MARTYRS.

Anonymous said...

Paul Bergrin has been in prison since 2009 and still stuck in there without having
a fair retrial to prove his innocence. There seems to be many in the prisons
of our country many that do not have the chance to prove their innocence, many
that end up dying there and many that are completely forgotten by our society.
I would like to know who has the nerves to call this a fair Justice system, who has
the nerves to stand up for all this and why would someone not fight to put things
straight once and for all.

Unknown said...

Can you send me the transcripts from the 2nd trial please? Thank you so much!

Vicky Gallas said...

Sure, just post with your email address and I won't publish it. I will send a test email to make sure you requested the transcripts.

Paul Bergrin fell on a very bad judge that did not care about the law, this one was only there to nail Paul. This should never have happened. Paul should not be in
prison, he should be with his family especially in these difficult moments.

Anonymous said...

People question will somebody bring Justice and accept a fair retrial in the case
of Paul Bergrin.

Anonymous said...

When one reads about ADMAX, the prison where Paul Bergrin is actually located, one can read that this prison is a national disgrace for the United States of America.
I would add that many of our prisons are a national disgrace that needs to change.

Anonymous said...

I believe Paul Bergrin has done enough of prison time for things he has not done.
Him and his family have suffered enough. This innocent man deserves JUSTICE.

Anonymous said...

An innocent man like Paul can never surrender to prison life.
He will always fight to prove his innocence. God be with him in his fight for
liberty and justice.

Anonymous said...

I totally agree with the last two comments. Paul Bergrin deserves to be freed.
Why do we keep in prison an innocent person when he can be in society doing good
like Paul always did when he was a free man because Paul did a lot of humanitarian
work and he should be recognized for that.

I was questioning Vicky, this Justice Alito wasn't he the prosecutor Paul Bergrin
was working with when he himself was a prosecutor.

Vicky Gallas said...

@Anonymous -

Yes, he was the US Attorney for the District of NJ. Of course now he's on the SCOTUS. He's discussed in "Maximum Hypocrisy" - Paul's letter posted on this blog. A key paragraph:

"During my testimony, Alito sat in the center of the courtroom, stared me down, attempted to intimidate me and when I would go to the courthouse to watch the trial, again attempt to intimidate me. Chertoff ordered Chief John Fahy to warn me against testifying and to inform me how disloyal I was being. Although I complained and repulsed Fahy’s threats to the and voiced my objection to my treatment, I knew I had made enemies for life. Subsequent to the jury’s verdict, I was in an office to the sixth floor of the federal building. I had no desk, secretary, telephone, files, cases, and was scorned by office personnel. There were no other federal prosecutors on this floor and my career with the Justice Department essentially over. I resigned as a federal prosecutor in 1991 and went into private practice in the District of New Jersey. I had met my obligations pursuant to a legally issued subpoena and knew there be retaliation."

And was there ever retaliation! Paul believed that Fahy was going to come forward with the truth about this case when he committed suicide. Whether it was murder or suicide is up for debate, but either way, Fahy was a man with a conscience. The dirty deeds weighed heavily on his mind.

This case is a rabbit hole. I confess that I'm not up to it these days. I went down that rabbit hole one too many times, but I'm not alone on that.

Yes and Paul Bergrin would never have committed perjuries against anyone and particularly not against an innocent man to satisfy his ambitions or the one of
others.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAUL FROM YOUR FAMILY, YOUR FRIENDS AND ALL OF US THAT TRULY BELIEVE
IN YOUR INNOCENCE AND THAT WISH YOU JUSTICE AND FREEDOM. LOTS OF LOVE PAUL.

Anonymous said...

Vicky you are right, if only President Trump was intelligent, he would pardon Paul
Bergrin and give freedom to a man that has served his country in the army and done
many humanitarian deeds. FREE PAUL BERGRIN MR PRESIDENT STOP BEING SO MEAN AND SELF CENTERRED FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE.ITS NEVER TOO LATE TO BECOME A GOOD PERSON.

Anonymous said...

Wishing Major Paul W. Bergrin the sight of some real justice in his case during
the coming year 2021.Its intolerable so see this innocent man pay for the mistakes
of others that pretend to be what they are not.
Happy New Year Vicky! and thank you for everything you have done to help Mr. Bergrin.

PRESIDENT TRUMP WAS NOT INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO PARDON PAUL BERGRIN AN INNOCENT MAN. INSTEAD HE
PARDONNED A RAPER. SO SUPERFICIAL.

Vicky Gallas said...

@ the last Anonymous -

Well, I think you mean rapper, not "raper". I believe that all sentence commutations and pardons are a good thing because the US criminal justice system is the worst in the Western world and one of the top ten worst in the world, close to the top position. No one should spend years in prison for possession of a gun in a country with billions of guns in circulation.

You know what I think? Trump is gutless. I know of 18 people who submitted paperwork for sentence commutations for draconian sentences and not a single one got the prize. Most are high profile or controversial cases. We don't even know if Larry Lustberg submitted the paperwork for Paul because he's not allowed to speak about Paul or the case. There has not been anything filed to change the SAM designation in 4 1/2 years. The DOJ selectively prosecutors and buries people. Just a shithole country with trash entrenched in the DOJ.

Anyway I know who you are and hope that you and your family are doing good these days. Best to you.

Vicky Gallas said...

If anyone is looking for the list of pardons and sentence commutations from early this morning, it's here:

So, just ecstatic that the gutless wonder king is finally gone. What will his braindead zombie Q followers do with their time?

Excuse my negativity, but the country has gone to hell, we're still in the middle of a pandemic a year later, and more divided than ever, or at least in the last 100 years.

Who in the hell let that creep in the door? Time to move on and attempt to heal, those of us still alive anyway. Peace to all. 💜

Anonymous said...

YOU KNOW VICKY YOU ARE 100% RIGHT.
PAUL BERGRINS CASE IS ALL MADE IN USA AND NO WHERE ELSE BUT USA.
UNFORTUNATELY, DONALD TRUMPS SHOW WAS ALSO ALL MADE IN USA.
ALL THIS IS REALLY UNBELIEVABLE. 26 YEARS IN PRISON FOR AN INNOCENT MAN
AND A PRESIDENT THAT BROUGHT NOTHING BUT SHAME TO HIS COUNTRY.
WHAT COMES NEXT... THE SHOW MUST GO ON.

Anonymous said...

PAUL BERGRIN IS STILL FIGHTING TO PROVE HIS INNOCENCE. HE DESERVES FREEDOM.

Anonymous said...

Will Judge Arleo finally do something to clear up this case and free an innocent man.
It would be the right thing to do, it would be what Justice should do.

Anonymous said...

The prison where Paul Bergrin is incarcerated is not made for humanity. Its a place where a human cannot have human feelings anymore. The person who enters ADMAX ends up like a robot.
This is how ADMAX is drescribed on the net.

Vicky Gallas said...

@the last Anonymous

I know. This was intentional. I do have additional documents from the case and I intend to start posting again. What the US government has done to Paul combined with the fact that only a few people give a damn freaked me out. Are they all on drugs? Are they all braindead? I don't know the answers, but I finally have a grasp on what is most important here.

Check back in a couple of days.

Snitching like it was done in Pauls case by certain informants can truly be harmful and it
should be punished severely.
