If President Trump Is Intelligent

If Trump is an intelligent man he would add another name to the military men pardoned today; that name is Paul Bergrin!

Really it would only take a couple of good attorneys hours (not days) of research to confidently state that Paul is not guilty of any of the counts he was charged and convicted of. I am not a genius who knows more than everyone else, but I did do the reading and research. This case is all about corruption in the Newark US Attorney's Office – and that corruption goes way back in time and is far-reaching; as far back as Paul Bergrin's stint in the Newark USAO.

Paul was a trial attorney – one of the best in the country! The simple fact here is that Trump is going to need as many qualified attorneys willing to help him as possible in the not-so-distant future. He could take that statement to the bank!

Pardon Paul Bergrin, let him get his license to practice back, and have the most dedicated and qualified trial attorney in the country on stand-by!

Oh and have I neglected to mention that Paul Bergrin's legal problems began with the State of New York? That's right and this case could never have been charged as it was without that absurd misdemeanor count Paul made a plea to in New York state court.

Pardon Paul Bergrin!!!

A pardon for Paul Bergrin would definitively be the right thing to do because he is
innocent and has suffered long enough in prison for nothing. Paul has been in prison
since 2009, 10 years already for doing nothing wrong.

Yes, it would be the right thing to do, especially considering that Paul was only trapped in this mess because of a deep hatred from NY State prosecutors (same as Trump) and his defense of Davis and Clagett for war crimes. Of course the fact that it's obvious to anyone bothering to research that this case was based on nothing but criminal informant testimony should be considered too.

But not looking great on the intelligence factor.

How would President Trump proceed to grant a pardon to Mr. Bergrin, does Mr. Bergrin
have to sign up for a pardon through his attorneys.

Well, I do know that the paperwork was submitted to the US Pardon Attorney back before Obama left office and was pardoning inmates. However, I doubt the papers are saved for the next administration. Paul is still incommunicado in Florence ADMAX with the SAMs designation and because of the SAM agreement, his attorney (Larry Lustberg) is not able to speak to anyone about the case or Paul, so contacting his attorney won't help much.

But really the bottom line is that Trump is as full of crap as his predecessors or it would be done.

Today is Mr Paul Bergrin s birthday December 8th, wishing this man all the best in
the future to defend his innocence and finally be freed from this abuse of power
from hypocritical individuals that tarnish our Justice system and our country.

I second that, but we both know that Paul's birthdays are not happy these days. I am at a loss and do not know what to do to help Paul. The US system of injustice is a failure and everyone involved in this fiasco of lies sux.
