Message From Paul Bergrin

This is a message from Paul Bergrin dated March 18, 2014:

It was last year on this date and about this time, that the federal jury in Newark, New Jersey convicted me on all 23 counts of the Indictment. I want to sincerely and wholeheartedly that all those that have supported me and continue to support me.

I am fighting these false allegations with all my heart and soul and will never surrender, to the lies, fabrications and betrayals, that I have endured. I have lived with nothing but pain, anguish and sorrow for the past 5 years and my heart is broken and has died within me. I will never stop suffering nor give up, until I am free, liberated and in the arms of those I truly love.

For those whom lied, fabricated evidence, betrayed me or to those that know these individuals, you will have to answer to a higher authority and live with the injustice that I have endured, for what seems like eternity. You will never have peace of mind nor rest and it is not to late to come forward and seek justice. These People cannot hurt you anymore nor threaten you and your families any more. Come forward and give me back my family and life. I forgive you. Now forgive yourself and seek God's forgiveness.

Paul.

Note: When the appeal is available to me, I will publish it on the Paul Bergrin website and post a link here.

I wish so much that Paul had the jury you had or rather like yours (Vicky) because those jurors understood law and the difference between witch hunt and reality, those tears you shed of vindication and relief Paul will get to know what that's like some day hopefully soon.

waiting for that post Vicky... any updates?

Vicky Gallas said...

Well, it's finished. Had to revise a bit and waiting to see if something happens or not. It's not really an update type of post, but I will probably include a link to Paul's appeal, which should be filed in the next few days if it hasn't been already... I haven't checked in a couple of days.

This case and the connected cases are so screwed-up that it's disheartening and downright depressing. Frankly, I am just sick and f'ing tired of this place and its rotten system and decided to take my time.

Anthony young is out and also I hear Abdul Williams how about it Vicky??

Vicky Gallas said...

Yes, Williams has been out and Young was released recently. Not sure what you want me to say... Young did NOT murder Kemo as is clear by the evidence, so not like they let a murderer out on the street. And Williams has no life, but he fulfilled his end of his deal with the devil. I heard he has to relocate because people don't like him... go figure! lol

I'm not one to want to see anyone suffer in prison, so will only say that it is what it is. Hopefully the victims (William Baskerville, Rakeem Baskerville, Hakeem Curry and Paul Bergrin) of this absurd arrangement for false testimony will soon be released also - hopefully sooner rather than later.

Just wanted your insight on updates, for instance Thomas moran, yolanda ect are they home? Just wondering its like a bad ending to a box office smash hit left out.

Anonymous said...

I heard that Vicki has a blog saying that Anthony Young is free. Can you please send this for me:

Vicki, this is Paul. I sent you several e mails that you have ignored. I know that the drug dealing Castro's cut cooperation deals behind everyone's back and received the minimum, Tom Moran is running the streets drinking and driving and placing everyone in danger and still using drugs, Abdul Williams is dealing large quantities of heroin, cocaine and has even began moving marijuana, Rondre Kelly the same thing out of Easton, Pennsylvania.

Abdul Williams got his sister murdered as she was dealing heroin for him and someone tried to rob her.

Everyone else who testified and was facing life will be home next year.

You could post that. Please verify that AY is out. It should help all of us as all the sentences were kept secret as was the promises. They all knew that all they had to do was lie and they would be sent home.

1. My name is spelled Vicky. When you accept people spelling your name Pawl, I'll do the same, but until that day LOOK before you type.

2. There is no blog stating that AY is free - just a comment right here. Honestly, I was told the specifics on his sentence, but it went in one ear and out the other. Why? Because AY did NOT murder Kemo and really he spent much longer behind bars than anyone expected. No one allowed a murderer to go free, but that does happen in the US criminal justice system. For an extreme example, look at Sammy Gravano.

3. If this is the Paul I think it is, I always responded to your emails in past and have not received anything from you in months. If you sent to my Yahoo account, well, Yahoo email is simply dysfunctional since they 'upgraded' it and I have a hard time responding to anything, but still haven't seen anything from anyone named Paul. OR if your emails made statements that would be legally compromising to me, I simply deleted.

4. The government set their informants free??? OMG what a shock!!! Not.

5. It really did go in one ear and out the other, so can't verify anything on AY. A couple of people were really upset with the sentence, but I keep pointing out to them that the lying informant is just that and didn't murder anyone that I'm aware of. You can't base all that you state about a case on the fact that the killer was never the killer to begin with and then act appalled that the government released a killer. It just wouldn't make sense.

I don't care that these people are released. We all know they'll eventually end-up back in prison. Why? Because they think they can squeal and lie their way out of anything, but it ain't going to work that way in the future and they're all criminals. Check with Sammy Gravano if you don't believe me.

Is anyone working on a pardon application for paul?

Anonymous said...

BRAVO!I AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS COMMENT. SOMEONE SHOULD WORK ON A
PARDON APPLICATION FOR PAUL,
THIS CASE HAS GONE TOO FAR,
SUCH INJUSTICE HAS TO STOP.

When one studies the case of
Paul Bergrin, you wonder how
can people have faith in the
American system of justice?
We should not have to say in
2014 that it is dangerous to be
right when the government is
wrong. We should have evolved
towards a true democratic
system of justice where the
truth prevails over lies and
hypocrisy.How sad this is for
our children, nothing to be
proud of.

When you are a lawyer who takes unpopular stances you will be destroyed. Otherwise you're pretty safe from the govt

Anonymous said...

When you are a devoted lawyer, you
should always fight for the truth
and definitively not use lies and
perjuries to put someone in prison
for life and then be promoted by
the system. In all this, we should
sincerely question ourselves,
who is the real criminal?
The truth must always prevail
even if the accused person is a
lawyer. This was not a fair
trial in many ways.

Bill Clinton said 3 days ago on Cheney:"If they hadn't gone to war in Iraq none of this would be happening." This proves that Paul Bergrin did speak the truth about the atrocities during this one and
why punish him for doing so? Are
we to let other nations hate us for
this.

Vicky Gallas said...

@the last Anonymous

Well, if Bill Clinton stated this 3 days ago, he's way behind and the statement alone proves nothing. I recall screaming about the invasion and occupation (and murder of Saddam Hussein) back when it happened. Back then no one listened and I was called all sorts of vile names for my statements. It doesn't prove that I'm always correct about everything, but I usually am. ;-)

Besides, I do believe that Bill's wife (Hillary) voted for it as did the great majority of our so-called representatives... They had to be the only people that did NOT know that Iraq and Hussein had nothing whatsoever to do with September 11th, but then the majority of citizens fell in lockstep and argued on their behalf for years - some still do.

None of the pro-war crowd from back then (including the Clintons) are allowed to pull an 'oops' now or claim to have believed the false intelligence. It's too late for that. These people, and everyone that jumped on their bandwagon, have ruined this country. I gave-up attempting to enlighten anyone years ago.

Are any hearings scheduled?

How can it be explained that Natalie McNellan a notable drugged
prostitute be free from all charges and live today peacefully as a yoga teacher in Montreal after lying in
court against Paul Bergrin to help
put him in prison for life? She
speaks openly about a deal. People
want to know what this deal is all
about because we should know.
People want Justice.
