That's why I blogged as often as I did during the trial, but then a person had to search for info on Paul Bergrin to read it. Not the same as their regular newspaper throwing it in their face. The Newark US Attorney's Office has their own special news contacts that say it their way... sort of like burger king.Vicky Gallashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00824040831924128720noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-995840003965974663.post-57626281004216077442013-12-31T02:27:23.245-05:002013-12-31T02:27:23.245-05:00Vicky,

Hopefully Paul is granted his appeal and is allowed a new trial. He definitely deserves it based upon the violation of his due process and the abuse of power. What's funny is how all the AUSA's are very well connected to Mr. Christie....(He's going to be running for President.. you know. big jobs coming there way)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-995840003965974663.post-55428738504727143422013-11-15T07:44:07.797-05:002013-11-15T07:44:07.797-05:00They sure managed to bury the truth in this prosec...They sure managed to bury the truth in this prosecution Rob. But 6 life sentences + 200 years? These people are just plain crazy.

Also, several co-defendants have recently made statements of coercion and intimidation by government prosecutors and admitted that earlier statements were lies.

Thia case will be going back to court, but not Judge Cavanaugh's biased show trial court. Additionally, other connected cases will end-up in new trials. Will mainstream news bother to cover it? Normally I come here after an acticle in the record... so I just searched northjersey.com and funny... a sentence like this after all the coverage isn't newsworthy?!?! Even I would have only pulled 2 life sentences!Robnoreply@blogger.com
